How is Bed Time Consistency calculated?

Does my report change every week?

The lowest habit shown in detail on the report changes each week depending on the user data. So one week a user may see recommendations for their step count, and then the next there could be recommendations for Sleep duration, etc. The goal each week

Does the report use information about my blood biomarker values?

Where can I view all of my historical reports?

After you log into the InsideTracker app on your mobile device, on the bottom of the screen you will see an icon labeled “Reports”. This is where you will find your latest, as well as your historical Healthspan Habit Reports.
