The lowest habit shown in detail on the report changes each week depending on the user data. So one week a user may see recommendations for their step count, and then the next there could be recommendations for Sleep duration, etc. The goal each week is to provide recommendations for the area where the user has the most room to improve. If your lowest habit is the same for consecutive weeks, then you will see it reflected as such in your report
