What are Activity ProTips?Updated a year ago

Activity ProTips are ProTips that offer recovery recommendations that are specific to an activity you completed. You should receive a post-activity ProTip for certain activities that are at least 15 minutes in length.

If you aren't receiving Activity ProTips and you believe you should be, please wait up to 15 minutes after your tracker syncs with the InsideTracker app and make sure your notification settings are turned on. If you're still having trouble, send us an email with the following information:

  • Phone type and software version (example: iPhone 11 Pro iOS 15)
  • Name and model of your fitness tracker (example: Fitbit Versa 2)
  • Screenshots of your fitness tracking app's activity recorded
