I keep receiving the Oops! screen. How do I get past it?Updated 2 years ago
If you run into the Oops! screen, please try the following steps:
- Make sure your device is connected to the internet
- Quit and re-open the app
- Check that your phone is updated to the latest software
- Update your InsideTracker app to the latest version available from the App or Play Store
- Clear your app cache (Android only)
- If all else fails, try deleting and re-installing the app
