Uploading your DNA data to InsideTracker is fast and easy. Once you&#x2019;ve downloaded your DNA results from either 23andMe or Ancestry.com, simply navigate to the DNA page and click on browse. Find the file on your hard drive and click select. The file will automatically upload to InsideTracker. Once completed, click on submit and we&#x2019;ll confirm that the file was successfully uploaded.&#xA0; Please note, you need to purchase our DNA Upload product, and this can not be done through the mobile app, it needs to be done through a browser.
