When looking at your graphs, you’ll see green, yellow, orange, and red data points. Those in green are optimized -- as good as they can get. Points that are yellow are within the normal range but are not optimized for your wellness or goals. Points that are orange or red are borderline high and high, respectively, and should be addressed with lifestyle changes per your recommendations.
