How do I get sleep data in the app?

You have two options to capture your sleep data. 1) You can wear your Apple Watch to bed to automatically capture your sleep duration in the InsideTracker app. 2) If you do not wish to wear your Apple Watch to sleep, you can manually enter your time asleep into the Health app to gain insights from InsideTracker. In order to add your time asleep go to your Health app > Sleep > Add data > Asleep > Select start and end times.
