We're still working on a feature which allows you to add activities from the InsideTracker app, but these work-arounds might work for you!
Without a fitness tracker linked to your InsideTracker account, you will not be eligible for fitness tracking benefits such as tracking fitness markers over time, seeing recently completed activities, receiving Activity ProTips, or automatic check-in for activity recommendations.
If you don't have a Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch, you may choose to create a Fitbit or Garmin account and establish a connection from that to your InsideTracker account. Even if you don't have a physical device, you may manually add activities through the 3rd party account and see it populate in your InsideTracker app.
If you don't want to use a fitness tracker or tracking app, we will use the data you entered in your Health Profile to determine your activity level, and therefore recommendations.
