Biotin is found in many supplements and claims to support healthy hair, skin, and nails. Most of these supplements contain very large doses of biotin. If you are taking any supplements containing biotin , please check the label before testing. It may affect the markers below accordingly. We recommend you stop taking your supplement at least 72 hours prior to your blood draw for the most accurate results. However, always consult with your healthcare provider prior to stopping any supplements.
