How often should I have my blood tested?

It depends on your goals. For wellness reasons, 2-3x/year is ok, and for performance, more information can be found in our blog, here. You can test a couple of times throughout a season/training cycle (beginning, middle, post race, for example) to see how your body is handling the load.
