Why shouldn't I workout for 48 hours before my blood test?Updated 10 months ago

It is important to not workout 48 hours prior to your test because your inflammation markers can be raised, as your body responds to recovering from the workout. Having a baseline of these markers is important because if you workout and your results come back with elevated numbers, there is no way to know if it is due to the workout, or if it is because they are naturally elevated.
