How do I schedule an appointment for my blood draw?Updated 8 months ago

Scheduling your blood draw is easy but varies depending on in-lab vs mobile blood draw. The first thing that you'll want to do is make sure that you have clicked the "use test" button on your orders page. Below we've broken down what to expect from each of our partners.

In-Lab Draw:

1. Go to the Quest website and click “Schedule Appointment”.  This is located in the top right of the screen.
2. You’ll then be prompted to select the test that you have purchased.  You will select the option that says “All Other Tests”.  You may get a pop-up that asks if you have already purchased a test from Quest.  If you do, you will click “Yes”.
3. The next step is where you’ll type in your location and select the location, date, and time of your blood draw.  Please note, not all options that show here are Quest locations, some are third-party locations.  You will need to select one that says "Quest Diagnostics".
4. After selecting the ideal time and place for your draw, you’ll then be prompted to fill out your personal information
5. Once you have completed that, you’ll confirm your appointment and you’re good to go! 

Mobile Blood Draw: 

It depends on the partner that is set to do your Mobile Blood Draw. Below is an outline of the process for each of our partners.

ExamOne - You will get a call directly from ExamOne. To reschedule with ExamOne, you can call 8883027652. You will need your Event ID(provided to you after you've confirmed your appt) for them to identify you.

GetLabs- You will receive an email(check your spam if you haven't received this within 48 hours) titled "Your InsideTracker Mobile Blood Draw | Next steps" with a link to schedule your test. You will also use the link in that email to reschedule.

PhlebFinders - You will get a call directly from your phlebotomist. From there, that phlebotomist will be who you contact to adjust your appointment.

Dyancare - You will get a call directly from your phlebotomist. From there, that phlebotomist will be who you contact to adjust your appointment.
